Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026. This notice describes what Soccasini actually does today. It does not claim security certifications, advertising programmes or data uses that the site does not perform. If analytics, accounts or purchases are added later, this page will be rewritten before those tools go live.

1. Controller

The data controller is Strategic Performance Group ApS (Soccasini), reachable at Nyvang 25, 5500 Middelfart, Danmark. This is the same party that operates soccasini.com and owns the domain. Day-to-day contact: Charlie Ramos, [email protected].

We have not appointed a data protection officer. Questions about personal data go to the mailbox above. You may also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency) or to a supervisory authority where you live.

2. What this policy covers

It covers personal data processed because you use soccasini.com or write to us. Browser storage that stays only on your device is described here and in the Cookie Policy. Game files loaded after Start are requested by your browser from third-party hosts; those hosts then process what your browser sends them under their own notices.

3. What we process

Contact messages

If you email us, we receive the name, address and message you send. The on-site form shows a thank-you notice and does not store those fields on a Soccasini server. To reach us, write to [email protected]. We do not operate a separate ticket database or a newsletter list.

On-device storage

The site stores, in your browser’s localStorage for soccasini.com:

• soccasini_age_status — whether you confirmed or declined the 18+ step;
• soccasini_virtual_points — the entertainment score labelled Virtual Points;
• soccasini_notice_dismissed — whether you closed the storage notice.

That information stays on your device. It is not sent to Soccasini unless you include it in an email.

Hosting logs

The paid host that serves the files may keep ordinary web-server logs (for example IP address, time, requested URL and browser type) in order to deliver the site and to diagnose faults. Soccasini does not run a separate analytics product on top of those logs today. The host’s retention is set by the hosting contract, not by a marketing tool we installed.

Fonts

Pages use fonts already installed on your device (system fonts). Soccasini does not request font files from Google or any other third-party font host.

4. What we do not collect today

Soccasini does not run advertising pixels, measurement tags, account registration, payment cards, KYC files, geolocation beyond what your browser and host already use to fetch a page, or mailing lists. We do not sell personal data. We do not build a player profile that can be cashed out, because there is no cash product.

5. Legal bases

• Contact messages: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering you) and, where you ask us to take a step before a contract, Article 6(1)(b).
• On-device age flag and virtual points: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (keeping underage users out of the play area and providing the entertainment score you requested) together with the need to run the service you chose to use.
• Hosting logs: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (delivering the website and keeping it available).

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing us. If we cannot continue the service without that processing (for example delivering the files), we will say so.

6. Recipients and sharing

We do not sell personal data. Recipients who may see information because you used the site are:

• the mailbox used by Charlie Ramos;
• the email systems you and we use to send or receive a message;
• the hosting provider that stores and serves the site files;
• third-party game hosts, only after you press Start on a game page, when your browser requests the play-area files. We do not pass them the contents of the contact form.

Independent help organisations linked in the footer (GambleAware, GamCare and StopSpillet) are not data processors for Soccasini. If you contact them, their own notices apply.

7. International transfers

Soccasini is based in Denmark. A message you send by email may be stored by the email provider you or we use, which may be outside Denmark. Game hosts after Start may be outside Denmark. Where a transfer of personal data to a country without an EU adequacy decision takes place, we rely on the safeguards those providers publish (for example contractual clauses) or on the fact that you initiate the request from your own browser. We do not operate our own overseas player database.

8. Retention

• Emails: kept as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of the request, then deleted or archived according to ordinary mailbox practice. We do not promise a numbered day-count that the mailbox software does not enforce automatically.
• Browser storage: until you clear site data for soccasini.com.
• Hosting logs: according to the host’s default, used to run the server, not to market to you.

9. Security

The live site is intended to be served over HTTPS on soccasini.com. We do not claim ISO certificates, “bank-grade” encryption or other badges we have not obtained. You can reduce local risk by not sharing passwords in the contact form (we do not need them) and by clearing site data when you use a shared computer.

10. Your rights

If GDPR applies to you, you may request:

• access to personal data we hold about you;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• erasure, where the rules allow it;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
• data portability for data you provided, where Article 20 applies;
• withdrawal of consent, if we later rely on consent for a new tool — we do not rely on consent for optional tracking today because optional tracking is not used.

Email [email protected] to use these rights. We hold little personal data unless you have written to us. You may complain to Datatilsynet or to your local supervisory authority.

11. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data through accounts, because we do not offer accounts. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us a message, write to the mailbox above so we can delete it.

12. Automated decisions

Soccasini does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The age step stores your own yes/no choice in the browser so that games can stay locked after a refusal.

13. Changes and contact
