Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 September 2026. These terms govern use of soccasini.com (“Soccasini”, “the service”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not start a game. About, Contact and the legal pages may still be read.

Soccasini is operated by Strategic Performance Group ApS from Nyvang 25, 5500 Middelfart, Danmark. The same party owns the domain, publishes the pages and would be the advertiser if the site is advertised. Day-to-day contact: Charlie Ramos, [email protected].

1. The service

Soccasini is a free social games website. The games on this domain are the product. You play in the browser with virtual points for entertainment. The site is not a directory of other casinos, not a ranking of operators, and not a set of buttons that send you to a real-money casino.

The basic model is: no cash stakes, no deposits, no withdrawals, no prizes of real-world value, and no in-app purchases. Sweepstakes-style prize models are not used.

2. Definitions

  • Virtual points means the on-device entertainment score labelled Virtual Points. It is not money.
  • Game page means a page under /games/[name] that shows rules, the score, warnings and the play area.
  • Play area means the on-page block that can load a game after you press Start.
  • Operator means Strategic Performance Group ApS, the company that publishes soccasini.com from the address above.
  • Soccasini means the social games service at soccasini.com, operated by that company.

3. Who may use the games

You must be aged 18 or above to start a game. That threshold follows Denmark, where Soccasini is based, not a generic default applied to every country. The service is aimed at adults. It is not designed for children and must not be marketed to anyone under 18.

Before the first game launch we ask you to confirm the age requirement. That screen is an extra project measure. It is not a full identity check and does not replace any verification that a jurisdiction might later require. If you indicate that you do not meet the age requirement, games stay locked. 4. No account and no wallet

Soccasini does not offer user accounts, logins, player-to-player profiles or a cash wallet. You do not create a balance with us. Nothing on the site can be deposited or withdrawn.

5. Virtual points

These rules apply to virtual points on Soccasini:

  • They are an entertainment score stored in your browser (localStorage on this device).
  • They have no cash value and are shown without money symbols such as £, €, $ or kr.
  • They cannot be redeemed for money, goods, gift cards, cryptocurrency or any other thing of real-world value.
  • They cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or pooled with another person.
  • Soccasini does not sell points, does not top them up with a card, and does not operate a marketplace for points.
  • Clearing site data in your browser deletes the stored score. A starting entertainment number may appear again on the next visit.

6. No gambling with money and no prizes

Nothing on Soccasini is a bet. There are no deposits, stakes, cash withdrawals or prize draws. There are no prizes of real-world value. Leaderboards, if any third-party game window shows them, do not award money or goods through Soccasini. Sweepstakes casinos are a different product and are not offered here.

7. Purchases

No purchases are available. There is no shop, no point pack and no paid extra feature. If that ever changes, Soccasini will say so clearly on the game pages, in the English warning line, and in these terms before any purchase is offered.

8. How a game is used

Each game page shows the name, a description, rules and the English warnings before play. After you meet the age step you may press Start to load the play area. Back to Games returns to the catalogue. Loading and error states stay on soccasini.com; use Try again if the play area does not appear.

Soccasini does not play site audio automatically. Any sound inside a game window is controlled there.

9. Third-party game technology

Some play areas load game files from third-party hosts in practice or fun mode after you press Start. Those windows are meant to stay inside the Soccasini page. Soccasini does not send you to a real-money casino lobby and does not publish rankings of other operators. A third-party host may apply its own technical terms to the files it serves. If a host blocks the play area, use Try again or leave the game page.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the games if you are under 18;
  • treat virtual points as money or try to sell, buy or transfer them;
  • present Soccasini as a cash casino, a sweepstakes casino or a licensed gambling operator;
  • use the site as an aggregator or affiliate funnel to other gambling operators;
  • copy the Soccasini name, logo or pages in a way that suggests another operator runs this domain;
  • interfere with the play area, scrape the site for affiliate schemes, or overload the service.

11. Intellectual property

The Soccasini name, original site artwork and page copy are used for this service by the operator. Third-party game titles and technology remain with their owners. You receive a limited, revocable permission to use the site for personal entertainment. You do not receive ownership of games, points or branding.

12. Availability

Games can fail to load because of network problems, a browser setting or a provider blocking the play area. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, hosting issues or a third-party host can take a title offline without notice.

13. Licence

Soccasini does not offer gambling with money. We do not display a gambling licence number, a borrowed licence or a claim that we are exempt. If that position changes, verified details will be published here and in the footer before any such statement is made.

14. Liability

The service is provided free for entertainment. To the extent Danish law allows, Soccasini is not liable for lost entertainment time, for a game that fails to load, or for data stored only in your browser. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

15. Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the games after an update means you accept the revised terms. If purchases, analytics or a different product model were added, the terms, warnings and relevant policies would be updated first.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts in Denmark have jurisdiction, again without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in your country of residence.
